Welcome to Mahadev Tour and Travels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.mahadevtourandtravels.in and the services we provide, including bus rentals, group tours, and customized travel bookings. By using our Website or booking any Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Distance is calculated from pickup point (first pickup point if two or more pickup point is provided by hirer) to drop off point.Customers are requested to check   the starting odometer recorded on the trip sheet available with the driver prior to the journey. Disputes regarding the same will not be acceptable after completion of journey.

Vehicle will be sent on agreed timings. No timings changes will be  entertained after booking.

Vehicle should leave the  location (last point / last pickup point) on agreed timings , otherwise extra charges will be charged.

If the vehicle is detained by the competent authorities during journey period for violations of smuggling lag because of hirer, the hirer will held responsible for all the legal consequence & will be liable-to pay damages and compensation to the vehicle owner.

Payment needs to be done in advance of the tour to confirm your booking.

Payment needs to be made in the  following manner

1. *30% of Total Amount in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount).

2. 40% of Total Amount when vehicle is arranged(first pickup point).

3. Remaining 30% of Total Amount at last pickup point

We prefer Online payment over Cash. If payment Paid in cash extra charges may apply.

While going to the destination only Two stoppage is allowed. Same While returning to Dropping point only two stoppage is allowed.

ROUTE:Vehicle will not be plied in Kacha Route and any the route from agreed route is not permitted. If the road on that route is closed for any reason the vehicle will be taken on an alternative route the difference in mileage will be charged extra.

If hirer want a specific route it should be declared at the time of booking, no changes at last.

The Hirer shall pay vehicle,Passenger and other taxes if any in addition the charges of the vehicle otherwise settled.

ANY ADVANCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Payment needs to be paid in manner mentioned above.

In case of breakdown of vehicle the company will try its best to replace the vehicle. If the company is unable to provide replacement, Company will not be held responsible for it and refund the charges for the remaining journey.

• The hirer can use the bus only for the capacity agreed upon.

• If diesel/petrol costs or taxes are increased by any State Authority, the increased amount will be charged extra.

• The driver, conductor, or company representatives during the trip have the liberty to take any decision deemed fit.

• The company is authorized to send representatives in addition to the driver and conductor along with the vehicle.

• These terms & conditions constitute an agreement between both parties. Any disputes will be settled in Faridabad, Haryana jurisdiction only.

• The customer must sign the duty slip, which should be handed over to the driver.

• Once the vehicle leaves the garage, charges will apply irrespective of usage.

• Any complaints must be informed at the time of service to allow immediate resolution. Complaints after the service will not be entertained. Our office is open 24 hours for emergencies or complaints.

• Delays due to natural calamities or disasters (traffic jams, landslides, earthquakes, floods, etc.) will be borne by the client.

• The company is not liable for compensation due to technical failure of the vehicle or accidents resulting in loss of productivity or working hours. Vehicles are comprehensively insured, and claims must be pursued with the insurance company.

• The company is not responsible for luggage or belongings left in the vehicle. If found later, delivery to the client’s address will incur extra charges.

• No eatables, alcoholic beverages, tea, or coffee are allowed while the coach/car is moving.

• Any damage or breakage to the vehicle due to client negligence, mishandling, or vomiting will be charged to the client or associated company.

• Night charges apply after 11 PM.

• AC will not work in standing mode.

• AC will not work in hill areas or when the vehicle is parked/stopped.

• Photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only.

• Customers are responsible for their own safety and security of luggage.

• Extra time up to 60 minutes will be considered as one hour; 61 minutes onwards will be considered as two hours and will attract the tariff applicable to the next higher slab/extra hour.

Price does not include:

Any item not specified above, Any extra services besides the contracted part, Driver Tips, Guide, Entrance fees to monument etc.

NOTE: In case of any misbehave by the party, the driver has full right the vehicle back, leaving the party. In case of video booking, if during the journey these occurs any defects in audio, video or in TV the vehicle owner will not be responsible for any kind of damage or not an deduction will be done by party.
